timberland, additional acreage, buildings,
processing facilities and improvements, or
refinancing or consolidation of existing debt.

  • There are no acreage restrictions
  • Ag or residentially zoned properties are
    eligible
  • Income producing properties are eligible
  • Appraised value can include barns shops,
    outbuildings, or riding arenas
  • No mortgage insurance required
  • Custom, modular, log, and manufactured
    homes are eligible

  • 25 year fixed rates
  • Select from fixed, adjustable, or a
    combination of interest rate options
  • One-year adjustable rate mortgages
    can be fully prepaid without penalty
  • Three- and five-year adjustable rate
    mortgages may be fully or partially
    prepaid without penalty during the re-
    pricing window
  • Interest rate types can be changed
    during the life of the loan by conversion,
    rather than a refinance
  • Monthly, semiannual, annual, or level
    payments are available to match your
    cash flow
  • Terms from 5 to 30 years
  • Loans are typically fully amortized to
    avoid balloon payments at the end of
    the term
  • Loans are secured by an insurable first
    lien on agricultural or eligible
    residential real estate
  • Additional credit to finance
    farm/business, family, or non-
    agricultural needs may also be
    structured as a long-term loan if
    agricultural real estate is provided as
