On the debt side, our investors include asset-based lenders, commercial banks, specialty finance firms, and mezzanine/subordinated debt providers. While our investors are in the business to listen to the story to fund transactions, NO commercial investor or mortgage lender can guarantee an approval or lock a rate prior committee approval.
